Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). No content here, or returned by a linked third-party tool, may be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.
How Current Is Information?
Records are corrected, portals and fees change, collections move, and digitization coverage shifts. We aim to keep the reference current, but no detail is guaranteed correct at a particular time. Confirm a record with the custodian before relying on it.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing published here is legal advice. The service points to record sources and describes Lackawanna County research channels. It is not a replacement for advice from a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public records serve transparency, not harm. Do not use information found through this service to stalk, harass, intimidate, or hurt another person. Misuse can violate Pennsylvania and federal law and also violates the Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages contain search boxes operated by third-party companies. We do not control their results, prices, or submitted-data practices. Their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Outbound Links
Links may lead to assessment and Recorder portals, election services, court searches, archives, and library collections. We are not responsible for an external service’s content, accuracy, or availability.
No Records Hosted on This Site
This service does not hold a government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record. It identifies the offices, libraries, and portals that do. Contact the custodian directly to obtain, verify, or correct a record.
